Below, crowds line up before the Estate Sale begins - this is a fun and exciting time!  The shoppers get to know one another and look forward to seeing Rick, Kent and their crews. 

It is a great time for all with lots of kidding, shopping and bargain hunting.  You'll see the serious professional Antique vendors as well as the novice Estate Sale shoppers all hunting for that one-of-a-kind unique collectible! 

It is important to come out on the first day to get the best selection - usually about 1/2 of the merchandise is sold in the first day.  At the end of the 3-day sale ALL MERCHANDISE IS GONE FOREVER!!
