SilverLeaf Antiques Began In 1978
As a family owned business SilverLeaf Antiques bought and sold antiques in several popular venues throughout San Jose. In 1998 the first SilverLeaf Antiques store opened in Willow Glen and remained a popular antique collective with over 30 dealers until December 2006 when the store lost its lease.
SilverLeaf Antiques reopened in October of 2007 on The Alameda in the Rose Garden community in San Jose. Designed to be a smaller boutique shopping experience, it became a popular neighborhood gathering spot. Many of the store pictures on this site are from the SilverLeaf Antiques and Home Furnishings store on the Alameda.
In December 2009, the owners of SilverLeaf Antiques decided to close the Rose Garden store and open an online store for selling antiques. Hundreds of items will be offered for sale in the new online store and it and will feature many of the popular items the store was famous for, including jewelry, old safes, furniture, pottery, glassware, beads and findings and more.
